ITC Service Group (“ITC”) , is seeking an entry - mid-level Project Coordinator in South San Francisco, CA. The Project Coordinator will work to ensure that all operations are completed in accordance with customer and industry specifications, per project schedule. You will coordinate construction (field) efforts with the Construction Supervisor for project completion by predetermined deadlines, including site access scheduling. You will requisition materials needed for the construction operations of multiple projects.                         

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:

  • Resolve complaints with property owners in areas where company personnel are working (in field)
  • In the field 4 - 6 hours a day
  • Complete and maintain accurate 'As­Built Maps' for areas built to submit to Supervisor. 
  • Perform site (Project) visits to gather information on project/work status, material use/ordering, progress on project
  • Works closely with the Construction Supervisor and field Supervisors and crews to insure the timely completion of projects, on budget.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 

All candidates are subject to a mandatory pre-employment background check, drug screen, physical exam, and must possess and hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Required Experience

  • Proficient working with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc..) and be able to work with digital calendars
  • Willingness to work shifts as assigned, including daily overtime and some weekends when necessary
  • Experience with AutoCAD is highly desired. Basic experience is fine, however, the more familiar you are with Auto Cad, the shorter your training/learning curve will be. AutoCAD is used daily for this work
  • An Engineering background (education) would be a strong asset for this position
  • Construction (field) experience, specifically with underground or aerial work (electrical/telecom)
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, as you will be interacting with clients/customers
  • Able to perform the physical tasks required in this position for the entire assigned shift.
  • Willing to work overtime and some weekends as needed
  • Capable of working in all temperatures, climates, and weather conditions
  • Flexible to work shifts as assigned, including daily overtime when necessary

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing ­ 6 to 8 hours daily
  • Walking ­ 4 to 6 hours daily
  • Climbing ­ 0 to 2 hours daily
  • Bending/Twisting ­ 0 to 2 hours daily
  • Repetitive Motion(grasping, manipulation) ­ 0 to 2 hours daily
  • Lifting (weights up to 100 lbs.) -­ occasionally
  • Lift & Carry (weights of 50 to 60 lbs.) – occasionally
