ITC Service Group (“ITC”) , is seeking an experienced Coordinator Admin with an engaging and dynamic personality to keep our teams and partners updated on the various ongoings related to our fiber builds. .  The ideal Coordinator Admin  will be able to work with both our field construction and operation teams to stay on top of project process and maintain multiple corresponding communications. You will be responsible for working with construction teams and customers to schedule Fiber to the Home installations and necessary technician visits. This position will serve as the main point of contact for communications between our partners' construction teams, various project managers and our customers.  This position will be based out of our construction partner's Santa Clara office, to make sure you are in the thick of the action and all communications of construction progress.

Responsibilities:

•You will coordinate with contractor teams and both internal and external project managers to keep communities updated on construction progress

•Match email contacts to applicable construction zones

•Send out emails of construction updates to appropriate mailing lists

•Work within G-suite tools and slack to communicate with teams

•Update email lists in Constant Contact, targeting outbound construction updates based on the area of the upcoming weeks work.

•Write clear updates on construction to be sent to email lists on weekly basis.

•Field emails back from residents answering basic questions and advancing to customer service as appropriate.

•Take orders from residential customers, use salesforce and dispatch tool to schedule installation based on field team and customer availability.

•Collaborate with Construction and Installation teams to be a reliable source of information to prospective clients regarding ongoing construction and deployment projects

•You are detail oriented and customer focused

•You have phenomenal written communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to balance multiple projects

•You have experience working on construction projects or in a telecom environment

•You are familiar with Constant Contact and other mailing services

•You are familiar with dispatch systems like Salesforce or Servicem8

•You are comfortable working in an informal construction office while still maintaining a professional attitude.
