ITC Service Group (“ITC”), is seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant in Citrus Heights, CA. The Accounting Assistant is responsible for providing financial, administrative, and clerical services to ensure that finances are accurate and up to date within established time limits.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:

  • Accounting and administrative tasks including but not limited to: perform accounts receivable transactions to ensure that finances are maintained in an effective, up to date, and accurate manner. Receive and verify invoices and verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
  • Prepare batches for data entry, assist with weekly check run, assist with preparing vendor checks for mailing, and maintain updated vendor files.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all financial and employee files.
  • Utilize MS Office Suite and QuickBooks with proficiency.

All candidates are subject to a mandatory pre-employment background check, drug screen, physical exam, and must possess and hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Education and/or Certifications
